Overview

Cisco Duo, a leader in secure access and multi-factor authentication, partnered with us to strengthen brand awareness through multi-channel campaigns. The engagement began with an initial round of ad and email concepts that set the creative tone and demonstrated our team's ability to capture their brand voice—ultimately winning their business. From there, I designed and delivered two full campaigns, each anchored by an ebook and supported with digital ads and email marketing. Together, these campaigns showcased how thoughtful design can create consistency across channels, drive audience engagement, and help a cybersecurity brand stand out in a highly competitive space.

The First Engagement

These early ad concepts were our first opportunity to build trust with the Cisco Duo stakeholders and secure more incoming future work. The concepts highlighted how we could translate complex security messaging into engaging visuals, making the brand more approachable and memorable, while demonstrating strategic thinking and design execution. This foundation not only won their confidence but also set the stage for larger campaign engagements that followed.

Campaign #1

The first full campaign for Cisco Duo centered around the creation of an MSP Playbook—a comprehensive resource designed to educate managed service providers on best practices for securing their clients. To bring this to life, I designed the full playbook along with supporting display ads and email marketing assets. The creative approach emphasized clarity, structure, and visual consistency, making complex cybersecurity concepts easy to digest while reinforcing Cisco Duo’s authority in the space. The result was a campaign that balanced strong storytelling with modern design, setting a high standard for future engagements.

This second campaign engagement for Cisco Duo MSP needed an ebook design, supporting display ads, and email marketing. The goal was to create a cohesive visual system that carried through every touchpoint—ensuring the ebook, ads, and emails felt unified and distinctly on-brand. My role was to translate complex cybersecurity messaging into clear, visually engaging assets that educated prospects while driving awareness and conversions. Together, these elements formed a cohesive campaign that extended the brand’s reach and provided real value to its target audience.
